Let’s be honest, most of what we see on social media today is a performance.
The “candid” videos, the glowing reviews, the product hauls... they’re often just ads in disguise. Paid scripts. Polished angles. Words someone was told to say.
We don’t run on ads. We don’t hand out scripts. And we definitely don’t believe you need a marketing degree to know when something feels real.
We do often gift PR to creators, big or small (mostly small, because everyone deserves a shot), but we never ask for a review, and we definitely don’t tell them what to say.

When will my order ship?
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the following business day.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders $25+ (after discounts, before tax).

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number via email.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before updates are available. Can't track your package after 48 hours? Please send us an email to contact@bybluety.com and we will contact the shipping company.
Can I cancel my order?
Need to cancel your order? Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
We process orders quickly, so while we’ll do our best, we can’t guarantee cancellations or edits once your order is placed.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, all cosmetic items, including lip glosses and lashes, are final sale. We take hygiene seriously to ensure every product you receive is brand new and untouched.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Lost or stolen packages
If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, we’ll work with you and the carrier to investigate.
However, once a package is marked delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend selecting secure delivery options (like signature confirmation) at checkout when needed.
Bluety is not responsible for lost or stolen items marked as delivered, but we’ll do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
